Training for Schools

“Train, Retain and Gain” — it’s the best way to ensure success – and we’re here to help

How ambitious are you for your school? How ambitious are you for your staff? The answer to both has to be “very ambitious”.

You want to see them maximise their potential and help take your school forwards. Remember that organisations that train gain —- and of particular importance —- they retain those success-critical team members.

We are shortly launching our Level 3 and 5 Programmes in Leadership and Management will future proof your key team members and your school’s future by giving them up-to-date leadership and management skills. This will have a major impact on the effectiveness and performance of your school and least 90% of the training costs will be funded by the government. From head of year, departmental head and middle and top tier leadership roles, there are vital skills that need to be developed and nurtured.

Whatever the size of your school. it will support the development that will enable staff to flourish in their role as a manager, it will help middle managers to gain skills in strategic planning and business process design, alongside core leadership abilities. The programme is designed to enable development of management approaches that will bring strategies and visions for the future to fruition.
