We are shortly launching our Level 3 and 5 Programme in Operations/Departmental Management will future proof your key team members and your business future by giving them the up to date leadership and management skills. This will have a major impact on the development, productivity and performance of your business and least 90% of the training costs will be funded by the government.

Whatever your business, whatever the size of your business. it will support the development that will enable staff to flourish in their role as a manager, it will help middle managers to gain skills in strategic planning and business process design, alongside core leadership abilities. The programme is designed to enable development of management approaches that will bring strategies and visions for the future to fruition.

What will the Programme cover?
“Classroom based” * sessions create the opportunity to explore, reflect and support the functions and development of critical management aspects. These include:

  • Contributing to organisational strategy
  • Delivering operational plans
  • Project management
  • Leading and managing teams
  • Managing change
  • Financial and resource management
  • Recruitment
  • Talent management, coaching and mentoring

Are there any added benefits?
There will also be the opportunity to gain CMI membership on completion of the qualification, offering a comprehensive range of benefits and support. The qualification is internationalyl recognised and is a platform for further personal development to post-graduate level.

What are the entry requirements?
Functional Skills are required at Level 2 in maths and English. Candidates should have sufficient management experience or have access within their current role to carry out the responsibilities required.

How long does it take to complete?
The Level 3 Programme should take between 12 and 18 months and the Level 5, 2 to 2½ years to complete, based on the ability of each individual candidate to meet the mandatory level of knowledge, skills and behaviours.
