We are shortly launching our Level 3 and 5 Programme in Operations/Departmental Management to future-proof your key team members and your business future by giving them the up to date leadership and management skills. This will have a major impact on the development, productivity and performance of your business and least 90% of the training costs will be funded by the Government.
Whatever your business, whatever the size of your business. our training will support your staff development, enabling them to excel in their roles as managers. It will help middle managers to gain skills in strategic planning and business process design, alongside core leadership abilities. The programme is designed to enable development of management approaches that will bring strategies and visions for the future to fruition.

There will also be the opportunity to gain CMI membership on completion of the qualification, offering a comprehensive range of benefits and support. The qualification is internationally recognised and is a platform for further personal development to post-graduate level.
What are the entry requirements?
Functional Skills are required at Level 2 in Maths and English. Candidates should have sufficient management experience or have access within their current role to carry out the responsibilities required.
How long does it take to complete?
The Level 3 Programme should take between 12 and 18 months and the Level 5, 2 to 2½ years to complete, based on the ability of each individual candidate to meet the mandatory level of knowledge, skills and behaviours.
