Understanding your SEN needs: we feel it’s very important that our staff fully understand the specifics of any role and research the type of conditions they may encounter, and we actively support their ongoing professional development to enhance their careers.

Safeguarding: we take this extremely seriously; our candidates are interviewed by one of our specialised education consultants, they are fully vetted and hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate.

Specialist Support: As a Client, you can rest assured that you will have your own specialist consultant who will meet you personally to get a clear understanding and to accurately assess the requirements of your school.  Your consultant will go through our recruitment process with you and will be your personal contact in our company to assist you with all areas of the recruitment procedure and any additional training you may need.

Training for leadership: We also provide fully-funded specialist training in management, business administration and leadership – essential skills for the managers and proprietors of any school.
