CMI Leadership and Management for Schools and Nurseries

As part of our solutions strategy we have become a new Chartered Management Institute centre. Soon we will be able to deliver our Level 3 and 5 Programmes in Leadership and Management. This will future proof your key team members and your school’s future by giving them up-to-date leadership and management skills. This will have a major impact on the effectiveness and performance of your school and at least 90% of the training costs will be funded by the Government. From Head of Year, Departmental Head and middle and top tier leadership roles, there are vital skills that need to be developed and nurtured.

This is all part of our teacher retention strategy that FCE Solutions are working towards in partnership with many of our client schools and nurseries. Whatever the size of your school or nursery, our training will support the development that will enable staff to flourish in their roles as managers, it will help middle managers to gain skills in strategic planning and business process design, alongside core leadership abilities. The programme is designed to enable development of management approaches that will bring strategies and visions for the future to fruition.
